The apartment is situated on the first floor of a charming early 20th-century stone building (no elevator). With its southwest orientation and large windows in every room, the space is bathed in warm sunlight throughout the day, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Perfect for two guests, the apartment features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), with the option to accommodate a third guest on a sofa bed. The modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are designed to the highest standards, ensuring both comfort and convenience.
