Just 100 meters away lies the famous Bačvice sandy beach, known for its shallow waters and vibrant atmosphere.
Situated on the first floor of a beautiful early 20th-century stone building (no elevator), the apartment enjoys a sunny southeast orientation, with large windows that create a bright and airy ambiance throughout the space.
Designed with comfort and style in mind, the apartment is ideal for two guests, featuring a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), with the option to accommodate a third guest on a sofa bed. The modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are fitted to high standards, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

The historic old town and the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace are just a 10-minute walk away, while the main bus and train stations, as well as the ferry port, are only 5 minutes away—making it easy to explore Split and the nearby islands.
