Situated on the ground floor of a fully renovated house dating back to the early 20th century, this studio is perfect for two people, featuring a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm), a well-equipped bathroom, and a kitchen, all luxuriously outfitted to the highest standards.

Guests can enjoy modern amenities, including air conditioning, a high-definition smart TV, and free high-speed Internet. Luxurious satin bed linen and towels are provided, along with all necessary bathroom and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle —everything you need for a relaxing stay.
